Jeremy H Payne, Corporate Executive Officer of Carolina Customized Interiors. Grew up in Falmouth Massachusetts, as the son of a residential contractor. Jeremy learned the building trade during his high school summers with Steve Nutter Flooring and Cabinetry and also in advanced shop classes. Jeremy pursued his passion for engineering at Maine Maritime Academy, graduating with a B.S. in Marine Engineering Technology and obtaining his engineers license through the U.S. Coast Guard. At Maine Maritime Jeremy was part of the regiment of midshipman where he learned about professionalism, personal presentation and time management. Upon graduating from Maine Maritime in 2008 Jeremy perused a career in Marine engineering with Hornbeck Offshore (an oil field supply boat company). Jeremy has tackled several major home renovations during his off time from the marine industry. In 2009 Jeremy moved to the Raleigh area with his wife Julie, with the hopes of eventually perusing a shore side career in the growing city. He has since left Hornbeck Offshore, after six years of service, to follow his dream of owning his own business and building custom projects in the Raleigh area.
